- How to order - There is no minimum to order. Sorry, we do not sell directly to consumers. You must have a vendor's license (resale certificate number issued by your state) or tax identification# to order. For existing customers - If you have already registered and your account has been activated, just log-in with your email and password you used when you registered. If you are an existing customer but not registered through this website, then you must register as a new customer. Please note it will take within minutes or within 24 hours for account activation.
- New Accounts - When you register to become a customer, you will not see pricing or able to place an order right away. Please note that we are wholesale only and sell to businesses with a State Sales Use Tax Number, Vendors License#, Non-Profit organization, use tax exempt #. We will use the information you provide when you register to validate your registration. This process may take within minutes during business hours or within 24 hrs. Once we have validated your account, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you that your account has been activated. You will now be ready to Log-in and place online orders. - Shipping - by default all orders are shipped via Fedex Ground from our warehouse in Conneaut, OH. This is the cheapest specially for big items-- Please specify if otherwise (UPS, Postal Service, Fed-Express or your own carrier). You must furnish us with your shipping account number if you choose your own carrier. We have a minimum shipping charge of $8.00 or actual shipping charge published by UPS or Fedex Ground, which is based on the size and and the weight of the box. A handling fee of $3.75 applies for drop ship orders under $75.00. We ship orders within 24 - 48 hrs. Please click here for a detailed delivery schedule.
- Back-order - Items we are unable to ship on your order will not be back-ordered. We only ship back-orders upon customer requests or approval.
- Return Policy - Please notify our office within 48hrs if you receive the wrong item or missing an item . Returns must be made within 10days upon delivery of merchandise.
1. For damaged items that occurred during transit, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim to the shipping provider. Damaged items, will be replaced or credited at the discretion of Buhi Imports.
2. For orders placed online, please log-in to your account, go to view previous orders and click the appropriate Order#. The RMA request is located at the bottom of the page under Shipping information like the one you see here...
Authorization must be requested for return or replacement. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Incorrectly shipped items or if you are not completely satisfied with your order, the items must be returned in its original packing carton including the inner carton with the copy of the invoice. Misused or abused products are not subject for return. A 20% restocking fee will billed to customer on returns; unless the return is an error on the part of BUHI IMPORTS. Refunds are issued for the cost of merchandise only.
- Privacy & Security Policy - - Buhi Imports do not disclose, sell, trade or give out personal information you've provided. We respect your privacy and are committed in protecting it. Personal information collected are for Buhi Imports records only.We make every effort to make everything secure. When you are ready to check out before you enter all your credit card information (Secure Submit) this will be sent to our secure server. You can tell by the locked padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser. If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, you can choose "Pay by phone or other arrangement" on the method of payment on the payment information page, or you can call us and place your order. Our order desk is always ready to help you if you have any questions and for our returning customers, as an added security - you can select card no. on file as payment method assuming you will be using the same credit card as before. Your credit card will not be charge until we ship your order
